WONDERFUL CHAIR
THE CHAIR IS VERY COMFORTABLE.I HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM.IT'S NICE AND CUSHIONY.

Very poor quality of workmanship
Both wooden arms were marred (dented/chipped). Seat and back both had a pulled thread at the seams that would only get worse over time. 3 Of the 5 star base legs were damaged (one split and two marred). This is made in China so it is hardly of any Serta quality.

Competitive prices and excellent customer support

Noisy
Comfy but its lope sided and took 3 people to put the arms on, drives me nuts with all the creaking noises. I would not buy this again.
