We love the Johnson and Johnson baby lotions in our house so much! It’s one of my favorite scents for baby products and we love how great it works!! Horrible New Formula
This new formula is HORRIBLE, smells awful, runny and feels slimy. I can't believe you changed this lotion that has been around for years. I have been using the original lotion for my skin for years and was extremely happy as it kept my skin hydrated and soft. New Baby Lotion has Terrible Scent
The new J & J baby lotion with aloe & vitamin B5 smells horrible. It smells like some sort combination of chemicals. It gave me a nausea. I bought four bottles of it and had to return them all. It had such a signature smell which I loved all these years, and it seems it has gone and been replaced with horrible chemical smelling lotion.

New formula is terrible
New formula is watered down, smells like perfume and overall does a poor job at protecting. In fact just 2 days into the new version a rash has developed. Why do companies have to continually try to cheapen there products. Bring back the original.

My daughter has been asking me to buy her baby lotion bc she misses the way it smells and I realized I did too. Imagine my disdain when I bought a huge bottle of it only for the scent, texture, and cute pink color COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Bring back the Original formula
"New" formula is terrible. Smells horrible and lotion leaves a oily, yet tacky residue. Been using Johnson's for years, now I have to find a new lotion. So disappointed.

Bring the old scent back
I’m sooooooo mad that the formula was changed the old scent was literally my comfort scent I would literally rub my baby with old scent and smell her it was my comfort zone and now I can’t find it ANYWHERE PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU BRING THE OLD SCENT BACK:((((

It was a priority to upgrade and revolutionize the scent of our baby lotion. The new fragrance has similar iconic scent notes including rose, musk, and powdery, but is milder and more comforting than the current scent. We made this change with consumers in mind and conducted testing that the new scent is more loved than the previous scent!

Do not buy the new formula
Terrible please bring back the the old formula. The new one that has been brought out stinks and makes you feel sticky! Do not buy the new formula as you will be very disappointed. I have been using this for years but will have to find a different lotion as the new formula is awful

New formula is awful
I have been using this all my life. I am 46. I am allergic to everything else. I bought a new bottle last week and this new formula is awful. The smell immediately stopped up my nose and gave me a headache and I still have bumps on my face. Please bring back the old formula with the original smell.

The New formula of the baby lotion with aloe and coconut oil it’s horrible. It’s very sticky. The scent does not smell good. I have been using the original original baby lotion over 45 years or more. It’s much better. It’s much softer smoother. It makes the skin fresh and nourish the new lotion sticky. It stinks and it’s horrible. You guys need to correct this.

Bring back the old formula
Bring back the old formula. This lotion is watery and the smell is awful. I will no longer be buying this product. The reformulated product isn't an improved product. Sad to see the quality and changes in this product.

I purchased this lotion expecting the original formula, but received the new version—and it’s extremely disappointing. New formula scent is repulsive!
I love the smell of kohnsons baby lotion. But ever since ya'll changed the smell of it to the new formula, I refuse to buy it. The new formula smells gross. The old formula was a reminder of what a baby should smell like. I will no longer purchase this item unless you ho back to the old formula.

Scent is horrible
I have been using this lotion my whole life. I never had an issue with it until the new formula came out. The smell is too strong for me let alone a baby! Bring back the old scent please! I will not purchase any of your lotion until you do!

Honestly disappointed. I have a heavy sensitivity to any lotion and the original baby lotion was the only lotion I can use. I can’t get this anywhere anymore. New Formula is a FAIL
Extremely disappointed with the “new formula” that I purchased today 3/23/26. The smell is totally different from the iconic “baby soft” smell and it’s thinner in consistency and felt tacky on my skin when I crawled into bed. Can’t even say how bummed out I am. I will actually be returning it to the store and looking for a new brand after all these years.

Terrible Change
I am allergic to aloe and many other ingredients.
I have been using Johnson's for over 60 years. My mother used Johnson's on me and my siblings, I used it on my children, and grandchildren, and it is the only lotion I could use on myself as it was gentle.

New formula = sticky
The new formula is awful. It is sticky when applied and while drying. It also does not dry well. I had to double check to see if I had a bottle of baby wash, but I did not. I hope you go back to the old formula before more people leave the brand.
