Worth the price
I have been struggling with my old dishwasher not getting things clean, even with pre scrubbing in the sink. I kept using dishwasher cleaners hoping to make a difference. I saw the commercial and decided to try them, the platinum plus left my dishes cleaner than right after I clean the dishwasher! A bit expensive for the budget but I think worth it

Superior performance vs. objectionable scent.
I was pleased with the superior cleaning power of Cascade Platinum ActionPacs™ + Oxi. However, as I found that the "Fresh Scent" lingering on service and cookware was objectionable to the palate, I was obliged to discard the rest of my first package of the product.
I am very disappointed that the product is not available in either a "Lemon Scent" or an unscented varie...

I use the Dishwasher Gel unless stuck on dirt.
Prior to buying any more Platinum ActionPacs + Oxi I am going to research their environmental impact.

Action pacs and pods are great
These pods are great to use, easy to store, and I like the fact of no pouring…..just pick one up and put in the container on washer and that is it. They clean well and no residue.

Tea Pot dilemma
Bought this product thinking it would tackle the tea stains on my Corning tea pots. Not so. The inside of my pots got browner & browner. All other items came up just fine. Have had to switch products completely

Hard pass on Platinum
I never had an issue with the cascade brand. It does a great job. This last purchase, however, was not great. The platinum version leaves an off-putting taste that gets into your food and drinks when using “clean” dishware. And it leaves a cheap perfume smell too- Hard pass on platinum-

Corrodes Glass
This product ought to come with a warning, it corrodes glass. One pass through the dishwasher with one of these new pacs and my blue drinking glasses are ruined. I'm done with Cascade.

PODS VS LIQUID
I love my Cascade pods. In order to save a bit of money I purchased the 2.87 liquid instead of the pods. Highly disappointed in the cleaning process. Dishes were left dirty, some had grease residue on them & silverware was left with food on them.
I guess I will stick with the pods but I never dreamed there would be such a difference in quality....
