Avoid - Rips Easily
Paid for In-Store assemby, within 3 months the seams began to rip. Get the 5 year warrenty from assurion, you may need to submit the claim 2-3x before it's approved.

Not Good
I bought the chair in December 2025 as a replacement for my current desk chair that was worn out. The chair was easy to put together. The cushion is pretty hard until you get it worn in. 3 months in and I am already looking for another replacement due to the back material slowly fraying farther and farther in from the back edge

'Perching' chair that provides lumbar support!
Great, unique extreme lower back support that I have only found on this chair, and I looked at everything! Don't know if a mesh seat would feel more comfortable than the cloth covered foam seat, because it feels scratchy at times. Cuts off the circulation in my legs
The cushion feels great at first. But after awhile my legs go to sleep. I'm a 6'0" male. The minimum seat height is too high, and/or the cushion is too firm (even after 2 weeks of use). I'm returning it.

Good so far
Just gave this mesh chair with back support to my husband for Christmas. I wish the back was taller, but he says he likes the somewhat compact design. Pricey at over $300, so I sure hope it holds up and that Staples and Beauty Rest will stand behind it.
