Exactly what I needed and expected
Great machine. Can print from laptop or phone, easy set up, perfect size. The three months of ink is a bonus too.

Frustrating Setup
Very frustrating. Looking for basic printer with fax capabilities. Have to spend a substantial amount of time not signing up for all the features not wanted and it does not Fax as advertised only does online faxing.

Great value
The printer i Purchased is an addition to another HP printer. Both are now serviced by Instant ink and produce great print quality. They are both available to all computers on my network. But they are located in different parts of the house. In addition to Windows computers, they work with android smart phones and tablets. HP Smart is a little quirky to setup.

Great home printer
I needed to replace my home printer. I use it mainly for my photo cards. At 77 I didn’t want to spend a huge amount but needed the print quality. I was not disappointed with this purchase.

Nice Desktop Home Color printer & scanner.
From my current limited use of this printer, HP 8010, it has performed very well. Print quality great, wireless connection great, scanner produces crisp scans, great display screen, and the WEB introduction ink-printer option, great. Wish I knew before I bought it that it is not supported for OS before W/10 & 11. I think I can still use it as a copier, but havent tried it with a generic driver for my W/7 computer.

One of few printers supporting Windows 7
This 8015e replaces my 8600 which died after 11 years and 30K+copies. The 8015e lacks Fax, ethernet, and USB connection, but works fine over wireless wifi. A bit of a hassle to install on a Win 7 laptop - software wants Win 10/11 to download. HP telephone support got me running by using my HP Smart app on my smartphone. Not very sturdy
I was totally surprised to see the HP printer was not very sturdy. The paper tray felt like it was going ro break when I pushed it in. The print quality was good.
