My husband has a gym membership but I don't. Im really intimidated by the advanced gyms. He knows that I love to workout at home! He brought these bands home to me and said baby you gotta try them I see ladies use these in the gym All the Time! I was like heck yeah I couldn't wait to try them!

I really enjoy my bands and I appreciate the exercise booklet and little carrying bag. So far they are holding up very well. Will update if needed.

I use this with my trainer. I never knew you could do so much with so little and get the burn and work so many different part of your body. Highly recommend

I use these every day. They are great! I started with champion resistance bands (they are more narrow and the heavy band is about equal to the light band in this set). I do a lot of leg exercises with these to help correct the problems I have been having with my IT Band. I have been using them for about a month now and have had no issues. Love these. Only issue I had was the tighter bands like to roll when I push outwards when placed on my thighs,
