Great value, solid computer, happy customer!
A year ago I bought an IdeaPad 3 (11th gen. i5, 8GB, 256 SSD). I had a short-term need for a computer and the low price way key. It quickly became my primary workstation due to a great keyboard and touch-pad. The screen isn't as bright as some, but in normal environments is fine. DO NOT BUY
I've used Lenovo computers my whole life, but this one is absolute garbage. Takes a full five minutes to boot up. Horrendous keyboard lag. Type one letter and it takes a full ten seconds for the letter to appear. Slowest computer I have ever used. And all of this before I loaded a single program or app -- it's like this right out of the box. I deleted all the bloatware,...

Good features, value for money
I returned a Dell Inspiron to buy this notebook. For the price it offered more features than what the Inspiron had. Yes, at this price point there are compromises, the screen quality is not perfect but acceptable. The touchpad is not the best, and of course speakers are certainly lacking in full audio spectrum. The computer is fine, but when Staples tech installed MAcfee, they mistyped owners email. It took many calls and several hours of my time with Staples, Staples McAfee tech and several calls to McAfee techs to resolve the issue. Very frustrating
