Great machine
Absolutely love this machine. We have 2 we use in our snack bars for baseball. Had 1 corrupt information/lock out and we simply sent it back to the company and they sent a replacement.

Never worked
Opened the box and as soon as it started to charge, a message on the screen said to call cuz the unit does not work and they would replace it. If it is that sensitive - not sure if I want that or just return it for another brand. Out of town right now.
