Internet should be uncessary
This printer requires an Internet connection. WHY? Why should everything I printer be routed through some unknown monitoring software? Why can't this be limited to my local network?

Reliably made for home use
I bought this printer to replace one without scan function. This printer does everything I need it to do. It works well with its HP app. I appreciate the document feed which will help with scanning longer documents.

Disappointed and lied to
Unlike I was told by the person that sold it to me, it doesn't scan files in my computer; it will only scan things I physically put on the scanner. Also, I didn't want it connected by blue tooth, just hard wired.

Don't envy the Envy, go ahead and buy one.
The printer is user friendly. Setup and driver installation really easy. Good print quality, fast and quiet. Just be advised, there are some misleading suggestions to get the user to buy support, and the free ink is not free for long.

Excellent home printer

Connection issues
I’m still not sure why it will sometimes prints and other times no. Connection seems to be on and off. HP Support vacations on the weekends. I can’t find how to stop printing when I’ve tried numerous times and I’m afraid I’ll get numerous copies when I finally get a connection

Wireless set up a pain
The paper output tray is not as sturdy, or as long as the HPEnvy that was replaced; expect pages to fall to the floor if printing more that 5 at a time. Setting up was frustrating. great printer
This is the perfect printer for me. Because I make greeting cards, the staff member helpedme find one with high resolution printing, but without high volume or other bells and whistles that I did not need.

Multiple issues,
Unfortunately never really worked right from the start. Lines and coloration issues. Despite reset/reboot, new ink ($$), the issues continued. We were never able to print photos like we hoped. The flat white cable became detached and it stopped working. Disappointed to contribute to ewaste within 1 year of purchase.
