Good printer, worst f'*** scanner ever. You have to scan page by page, or you will fight with it and spend half a day to scan a 10-page document

Very bad
Don't buy this printer. I'm facing Installation problem. Survice center don't support me. After a 20days I'm review this printer. Brand new printer facing this problem and no one support me. Technical and support center team telling me reasons they don't solved my problem.

I NEED HELP

No more $120.⁰⁰ cartridges!
I'm a digitally challenged senior but my wife & I were able to set this machine up by ourselves in about 90 minutes (we returned an Epson last week after struggling 4 hours (with the 'experts' on the phone from Epson!) and didn't get that one set up. Okay printer, not good for photos

Printer is OK Direct Wi-Fi is not
The quality of print is good when the printer is connected via a usb cable.

Doesn’t work well with HO app to print
I think it’s a great printer just doesn’t work well with the HP app to print. Works better if I print using Apple’s print button.

Expensive and not the best.
Set up didn't go smoothly - I had plugged in a network cable, that seemed to completely derail the wireless/network capability. I had to uninstall and set up twice already.

HP smart tank printer
very very difficult to set up. Had to go to "U tube" to watch a video on it. Connection to computer problems. "Burping Ink level problems" filling to proper levels. very very poor instructions. I was ready to box it back up and return to store I bought it from. And more often that not I am the "go to guy" to help others. Once you get it up and going it's ok.

This printer was easy to set up. We have not had any problems with connectivity or jams. The liquid ink as easy to install and we like seeing the levels - no guessing or running out at the last minute.
