The standard in office products
I miss the unavailability of the professional version and especially the unavailability of a physical media and the fact that you need to connect your a Microsoft account in order to install it. When you open and save an existing file the software updates (formats) should automatically be made when opening the file rather than having to make a new file. (my understanding of instructions makes it seem this way, if not clearer instructions should me made)

Upgrades are not Up
I almost can't recognize this version of office. I want my 2007 back. In Word I was able to go to mailings and put the addresses on a simple envelope quite easily, but that is no longer an option.
