Powerful Blender
I love my new Ninja Professional Plus blender. This very powerful blender has 3 layers of blades that easily crush ice consistantly. No ice chunks left uncrushed. I really like the Auto IQ one touch feature. You touch the select feature and it blends it for you. Pitcher cracked immediately
Had a Ninja blender from Costco for 4 months of regular use for smoothies before we noticed a huge crack across the bottom of the pitcher, which got bad enough to leak about 2 months later. Love this blender. Easy to use and works great. I've bought it for the 2nd time due to it breaking during a move and would order again if needed.

Plastic pitcher cracks
I used the first one 5 times and the pitcher cracked. They replaced it and the second one cracked after 3 uses. The plastic pitcher can not handle the torque of the motor. Do not buy this.

It works well
It works well, but it’s not compatible with other products. You can’t use the smoothie cups or other accessories. I would recommend purchasing the ninja that comes with additional parts.

I received my blender as a gift one year for my birthday. However it stopped working and i contacted them for repairs. Once they assessed the problem, they realized it was not reparable. The Pitcher cracked without much use
I bought the product about 3 months ago and the Pitcher cracked at the base without much use (I use it once every 2 or 3 weeks) and wash it in the dishwasher.

Got the wrong one
I have had many of your blenders and have loved them .. for some reason I expected this one to have 2 glasses and the blades .. didn’t .. I have ordered some 2 times but the have not worked I know you have many models and chance they don’t have any for this model ?? Thanks would love to get some!!!

Great blender, but pitcher cracks with minimal use

Flawed design. Lasted 3 weeks
I bought this Ninja Blender in August and it worked well for about 3 weeks. There is a flaw in the design of the upper portion of the machine. The plastic Jar cracks pretty severely on 2 corners at the bottom (see pics attached). The result is the liquid pours out of the cracks as soon as you turn it on. Great Smoothie Blender
I tried the ninja foodi smoothie maker and found the size a little small so I decided to go with this and it's been great. The size is perfect since now I'm able to put all my fruits, vegetables and other ingredients in that I like to have in my morning smoothies.

Absolutely Love! But, it won't last that long
I absolutely loveeee my Ninja. It's super powerful and sturdy. You can tell the materials used are of good quality. I've honestly been able to use almost daily for many different things. Very powerful
This machine blends quickly and completely. My smoothies and soups are turning out fantastic although you must be sure to cool the soup before blending as the blender is not heat resistant. I’m glad I purchased this blender.

Great Features/Purposely Sharp Blade
This blender is the real deal. The Auto-IQ for smoothies is dead on accurate.
Beware when handling the blade tough, its extremely sharp. I sliced my right ring finger while trying to clean it. It healed:) I learned my lesson.
Add soap and water inside the blender, pulse a couple times and you're good with cleaning the blade.
