Epson 4850 is the best printer by far. I am a greeting card making using computer graphics and photo paper for my cards. The color is always excellent- the HP I had was not so good. I highly recommend the Epson.

Perfect!
Bought for home use. Couldn’t have been easier to set up. Thought the filling of ink would be messy but not a drop spilled. Designed to be fool proof. Printer is fast and quiet. Love it!

Scanner worthless
Scanner works then doesn't work, IT says the wireless card in the printer is bad. Waiting to hear from Epson.....

Bought this one to replace my old EP-7100 and couldn’t be happier. Great quality printing and scanning. It has the capability to fax but I didn’t bother connecting it. It was a pleasure buying it from Staples the technical support line walked me through the entire setup. I’m a computer novice at best and wouldn’t have been able to get it going without them. Bloated software download! And more ...
Print quality and speed is only so-so. Ink refills are expensive.
The accompanying software download was a nightmare. I'm trying to work on my computer and I'm being bombarded with pop-up windows. Five programs were added to my desktop, TWELVE programs added to my start menu and THREE printers (the purpose of one remains a mystery)!

Difficult to connect
I found this printer very difficult to connect with my computer. I am going to have to call Epson to find out what is wrong. I followed all the instructions but I still can't print.

EPSON Tank Printer - don't do it, poor quality product
This has to be the worst printer ever. Over the course of 1 year+, with my original printer breaking down, I had 3 additional printers sent to me. Two (2) of the printers were in the same week. Epson eco tank printer
This piece of work is NOT worth getting!! My older HP all-in-one that it replaced. You have to use the epson printer app and not the print icon. Also this thing has a mind of it’s own (printing a duplicate when it is not even finished. Or only printing what it wants and not it was given to print. Bottom line is Epson you can do better!!! Great printer with easy setup!
I bought this printer because I bought a Cricut and a lot of crafters use it. It was highly recommended! Set up wirelessly was a breeze. Did a print then cut project and was a high quality print!

Dependable
I have been using this little printer for over a year now and find it very dependable. The only thing that gets a little fouled up is the software on scanning - but that can be straightened out if I reboot the scan.
