I have been having problems with Wi-Fi continually dropping or not available in areas within my condo, but now with the Linksys Velop system I have been able to experience internet availability in all areas!

do not buy
bought a few months back worked well for about a month then after I couldn't return it it started acting up losing connection multiply times a day at random times. called customer support they told me to unplug it and plug it back in and that they are available 24/7. not much help and resetting doesn't help anything and hour later connection lost I thought because it wa...

You owe me time and money Linksys!!!
50-60 hours on the phone, more than that diagnosing this system myself, calling numbers that put me on hold for hours, only to be disconnected, VOIP lag so bad to the oversees call centre that a conversation was virtually impossible. Countless emails to Customer Service that never get answered or replies with cryptic answers that don't answer the questions. Removed the ...

Good Router, but lacking parental controls
Pretty easy setup of 2 nodes with a wired backhaul. Performance is on par with other routers. Really nice to have the ethernet ports for wired connections. The parental controls, however, are rudimentary at best. You can set times to block Internet, and block individual sites, but without support for Linksys Shield there is little else you can do. Great when it worked
Took much effort t connect to router, app is great just did not want to connect. Then, after it finally connected, it needed to be rebooted every other day it froze up. The final straw was that it would not reboot after one of the roboots. We used it for about a month, lost about a day of billable time.
