this has been the worst purchase ever!
I literally put new cartridges in and after printing a dozen copies it’s out of on! really? We are talking text not color photos. That’s terrible !

Ink is too expensive
I think it should be illegal for machines to require that you buy their ink vs. allowing you to buy generic.

Fast delivery, oem ink, good price
Much as I hate paying the higher prices for original manufacturer ink, I've had problems with refilled cartridges. Quill had the OEM cartridges at the most reasonable prices and they delivered it very quickly. I've ordered from them a few times now because they often have the best deals and good products.

Costs a lot, doesn’t last
There is not a lot of ink in these cartridges — especially the colors (Magenta!). Why does it cost so much? (And why do I keep buying it.) Needless to say, my search for a quality printer with a low cost of operation continues. (Sigh)
