Double and triple check your purchase
Double check your purchase. Staples website is confusing. I have an Epson WF 4820 in printer. If you type this into the search bar, many different printer inks come up. Shame on me, but I got confused and bought the wrong one. I’m out 158 bucks. Thanks Staples for a crappy website.

Box is smashed
Haven't had to replace the ink yet, so I haven't opened it yet, but the box looks like someone put it under heavy items or ran it over. Every box from Staples comes damaged.

Good but expensive
The ink is good and reasonable easy to install. It runs out fast so expensive, though important if you need higher quality and full coverage 11x17. Feed not functioning at about 3 yrs- 1/2 sheets don’t print.
