Major Drawback
It doesn't let you go ahead with only black color cartidge, even though you need only grayscale printing. You have to buy all other color cartidge whether you use it or not.

It was returned because the process… steps to set it up stalled & wouldn’t take it to the finish line. It was very frustrating. I ended up purchasing an Epson WF 3820.

Great Value
The Epson WF-3820 printer, for the week that I have had it seems awesome. As a homeowner, I don't think you'll need anything more. The set-up, with a printer cable and with Wi-Fi, was easy. It prints clearly and is quick. It's perfect for what we need.

This printer sucks
Bought it last year. We used it only a handful of times and almost every time. It needs more ink and the paper jams a lot. I'm going to give it one more chance and that's it. I'm going to trash it. Also printer will not print without colors. We only print black.

Smooth as Silk
Setting up the Epson printer went so smoothly compared to the HP I just returned after 3 days of exasperating attempts to install the HP printer. I'll never purchase another HP printer. The Epson printer did not have one glitch and began printing docs and envelopes without any problems.

not for all paper size auto-feed, double-side printing
2 Main points that makes this printer non-beneficial for me:
Limited on automatic double-sided printing. I print a lot of double sided documents that are not letter size. I bought this printer under the assumption that I could seamlessly double-side print. That is not the case.

AVOID!
Very bad product. It will not let you print in black and white when you run out of any of the colored cartridges. Avoid!

Would Avoid This Printer
Printer cannot print in B&W unless all cartridges, including color, have ink. I would never have bought if I known this. Seems like common sense that you should be able to print in B&W only and not constantly have color available.

3rd printer in a year
This is my 3rd printer in 1 year. I learned after the 1 to buy the protection plan from Staples. When I eturned the 2nd printer with the warranty, after a few months, and I bought a 3rd printer, I had to buy ANOTHER warranty on the new printer.
