heating does not work well
We purchased a lemon- it does not operate well, bread pops up after 5 seconds. The dial must not work, We use the frozen function to get extented amount of time

This Toaster is Tiny!
This toaster can only hold standard size bread. Bagels are too big, and bigger loafs barely fit. And there is no bagel button. Not as advertised. Returning.

When you press button down to lower toast or bagel, the toaster flips over. Even when you don't push too hard. I returned it.
