Brother is the best.I
I read all of the rating statements. I believe the less than five stars raters are not users that rely on the printer for a living. I use mine every day. Poor quality
I purchased 2 tn 660 toner cartridges in the last two weeks. BOTH of them had SOLID ROCK LIKE TONER. Both make a clunking noise and both sound like they have gravel in them when i shake them.

You get what you pay for
After years of using various compatible toners, I decided to go back the product that I know probably produces the highest print quality. With the two-pack Brother toner package, I should have plenty of time to determine if the original product is superior. In the final analysis, quality and reliability, not cost, should determine a purchase decision.

Great Product
I have tried a couple of refilled cartridges in the past, but ended up with smudges on prints and toner leaking into the printer. I have never had a problem with the Brother cartridges and would not consider any substitutes going forward.

Be sure to have the Staples employee check the online price before buying the in-store item. I have always found the online price much lower.

Brother toner
The two pack was a good deal for me. The cost-per-page is dramatically lower for my Brother laser printer than my HP inkjet. Exactly what I needed to extend the life of my 8 year old printer.
