Back is too short
I'm average height, but the headrest was too low and sat at my shoulders, so I had to return it.

Good value for price.Maybe not for heavier persons
Good chair for the price. Comfortable- good height adjustment and easy enough to put together. The mesh seat could be a bit more supportive- I am not sure if someone above 70kg would find it supportive enough. Can’t comment on how long it’ll last with daily use but comfortable to sit in for hours on end

Huge Cracked Back Piece
The item arrived cracked on the most visible part of the chair. Using help or contact us on the website doesn’t bring you to a way to speak to a human. So this massive chair and box needs to be repacked and shipped back, I guess that is the only option. For a $180 chair this is not good quality.

Best out there
We bought this one about 7 years ago and the base was metal (this one is very hard plastic), BUT the wheels that come with this one are much better than year ago, so are quite a few features with the arm rests, and the height and back adjustments. There is less foam and less places for dust to hang out. It swivels and wheels quite nicely and so far has been holding up...

Nice Chair with Headrest

It was supposed to be assembled
Chair box was delivered damaged- abandoned outside my building. Apparently the cashier didn’t include assembly- I saw it on the register screen and paid for it but it’s not on the receipt. Excellent chair, Poor Storage.
The chair was a gift and it served the intended purpose. Unfortunately the box it was in was full of rat droppings' and had a distinct petting zoo smell.

HORRIBLE PURCHASE
Our office purchased these chairs at first, they were ok but uncomfortable, after a while starting to leak oily fluid, decided to take it back and exchanged it, same issue again, decided not to purchase it ever again
