Dexley vs Hyken - Both amazing chairs, but I prefer Dexley!!

The Mesh Sags
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However, when I sat in it today for its first day at the office, the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

Bought it again!

Delivered to wrong location
The chair was delivered to the wrong building and I have contacted Staples twice 4/16 & 4/22 to request that the chair be picked up and delivered to the correct building. The chair has not been picked up. Therefore I will be calling your company today and request that the chair be returned.

I originally bought this chair in 2020 during covid WFH. It's a great price and comfortable. However, after 2 1/2 years, the mesh started pulling away from the chair. Squeaks like crazy!
I've owned this chair for about about 10 months now and it squeaks so badly. I've soaked the undercarriage in lithium grease and for a little while the squeaks went away. I don't think I would want to sit in this chair for really long periods of time - It may encourage me to take more breaks away from my desk throughout the day...which could be a good thing.
