The Mesh Sags
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However, when I sat in it today for its first day at the office, the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

GARBAGE… did not even make 18 months!
Don’t waste your time or money, this chair didn’t make 18 months before the seat shredded!

Great customer service, easy to put together
Went into the store where they actually have seats to sit on, instead of just ordering online. Super friendly person helped us. Chair arrived in the mail a few days later. Well packaged, easy to put together. Incredible quality. Great experience all around.

At 6' 1" I don't consider myself as overly tall. When I set in this chair the head rest hits my shoulders. The head rest is at its tallest adjustable setting. I have to slouch in the chair for my neck to reach the head rest. It would be a great chair if it was taller.

GOOD TILL BREAKS!!!!
This chair was decent for its price but one MAJOR FLAW. Till THE TILT LOCK Breaks and the chair cant stand up still. I've seen many people have this issue before and it's happened to me. Sharp sides.
If you are not wearing long sleeves the part of the chair your arms rest against is sharp and not pleasant. Otherwise it is a good chair.

Dexley Swivel Chair
I purchases this swivel task chair ($179 sale) on 8/1/23 because a friend had one and it was very sturdy and had good reviews. Well it is now 3/4/2025 (1 year warranty) and the seat doesn’t stay up for long. I’ll be working at my craft table and the next thing the sea has slowly sunk to the ground. This chair is not used on a regular basis.

This chair is uncomfortable. It feels like the back is pushing you off the seat. It needs to have an adjustment for the seat portion. Instructions were very good though. Only one screw was very hard to screw in. Also staples sent the wrong color.
