Poor Quality Product NO Customer service.
I never tried going through Staples to repair or replace.
This chair is LAZBOY in name only it doesn't reflect the expected quality. The company that handles the customer service True Innovations, Seems to be a farce. Delivery Rating for office chair
I purchased Christmas presents for daughter and delivery person left it outside in rain on ground. All they had to do was climb stairs to front door and place on covered porch by front door. Too lazy to take stairs.

Not the size advertised
The chair is overall comfortable but it is definitely not the size advertised. Height is slightly under 27" and advertised to be 29" and the seat is 20.5 wide not the 22" advertised.

Maybe my expectations were too high for the price, but this was just barely an upgrade over the lowest cost sale chairs. Have spent quite a bit of time re-tightening screws, and just in the first few weeks it's developed a lot of creaks and noises no matter how much I try to fix it.
