Best Office Chair Ever!
This chair is the bomb! Adjustable in every way so I set up a more ergonomic work station just about anywhere I have a table or desk during my remote work life (pandemic days). NOT tool less as it states
Beautiful chair... but it states tool less. Once it comes with an allen wrench it is NOT tool less.
I wanted the chair delivered without having to put it together. The way it reads it's as if only the arms had to slide in. Not good. Now I will not know if I did it tight enough. This little old lady is NOT happy.

The Perfect Chair (Even After 3 Years!)
I bought this chair 3 years ago, and I have never been more impressed with a purchase than this one. It's a little more pricey than i would like, but it has proven itself well worth the money. It's essentially as perfect as it was the day it was delivered!

Not a good fit
The chair is nice but the back is uncomfortable and doesn't provide the support I was hoping. I am requesting to return the item after assembling and sitting in it for about 10 minutes. it may be ok for someone with a short torso.

Good chair for home office!

Good luck if you can put the caster wheel
My employer sent me this chair, looks all good but we are unable to put the caster wheel in, tried for a week multiple times for a week, so far we were able to fix just two of five. It is certainly a design flaw. Returning it , it is not worth hurt yourself to fix it.

Love it!
We bought two chairs and so far really love them. Good lumbar support, fairly easy assembly, comfortable, love the mesh back on a warm day. The chairs are also attractive. So far - I would recommend them.

Comfortable chair
The chair was easy to assemble except for securing the caster wheels in the chair legs. It required quite a bit of muscle to get them locked into place, with two of us working to steady the chair and push. We've been using the chair for awhile now and it is very comfortable.

Not Enough Back Support
This chair was a great price and the seat is perfect...but the write up said "adjustable back support" but there really isn't any adjustments. Its not enough support for me.

Great for petite people

Disappointing
Lower quality than expected. Lumbar bar kept falling out and was very flimsy—reality did not exist functionally, Size was small for the weight capacity. My husband weighs just over 200 lbs, and the chair was too small for him. Sending it back was not possible because the base could not be removed from the seat. Really disappointing.
