God hot cup
I like the size of this cup and the fact that it’s made of heavy paper/cardboard and has no styrofoam in or on it.

Too thin
The cup is too thin to be a "Hot Cup". You have to double up if you are using for anything hot.

Hot to touch
The cups transfer heat, which was unexpected based on the reviews I read. I thought they would be taller instead of wider, which was another disappointment.
