I have severe spinal stenosis and this cushion helps so much with minimizing my pain while sitting at my desk working. It has been a Godsend. Stop the slouch!
My posture when sitting at my computer was getting bad. I needed something to help prompt me up and engage my core, when sitting. This works great!

Too thick
This memory foam does not have much give. The cushion needs 2 straps to hold it in place, vs 1, and it actually pushes me out of my chair.

If only it stay in position
This is great when I push it into position. However, it is every single time I sit down that I have to put it into the correct position to support my lower back. The side straps are great, but vertical straps would be wonderful!

Strap that goes around is too short
lumbar support is good , yet the strap to strap it to your chair is not long enough ....maybe a strap measurement should be included
