Purchased this A/C from Sylvane (online)-free two day shipping was a plus. It comes with all the needed insulation, you might have to add some just in case it doesn't completely cover all the nooks and crannies. It fit pretty well into my grandma's wall sleeve of approximately 15X27. The only thing you might want to check about the wall sleeve is the depth. It stick...

Love it
Really keeps my apartment cool. I have windows on the west side so it was very warm (80's to 90's). This unit keeps it in the 70's. So grateful.

Love it
I got this at no charge through a program for low income seniors. It works great - whatever temperature I set it at that's what it cools to. My previous one my apartment was 80s or 90s. I am so much more comfortable.

Great Air Conditioners
I am in a 2 bedroom condo and I received a flyer for updating our air conditioners from a Resource Center for free and mine were 18 and 20 years old, so I qualified for new ones. They installed them and they are not only nice looking, but are super quiet and energy efficient. I love them.

Hopeful
I bought it pre-season so I really haven't used it yet. I am hopeful that that it will work great based on other LG items I have had. Only thing I wish it had Bluetooth capability so I could control it from my phone remotely.

Affordable
I love this air-conditioner. It kept my bedroom cool and comfortable all summer and I enjoyed huge savings on my electric bills! It looks great and the remote control is wonderful, especially in the bedroom.

Great bang for your buck.
This air conditioner has been working great and at a much better price than the other brands that I had looked at. One of them was a well known, long established brand and was almost double the price, which is ridiculous. Works great once installed

noisy
after 2 months my A/C through the wall started making so much noise it was heard on the first floor, I always had LG A/C have always trusted the product, was very disappointed with this one

Definitely great features, nice looking, quiet.
I bought this ac almost at the end of the summer, was looking for one for a while, and when I saw this, it was the right size, great looking and the price was ring.I loved it so much, I brought two on for my son's bedroom.

A Fine Air Conditioner
I bought this item this past summer when my air conditioner expired. It is a very good machine, keeping the room cool as expected. It has a remote control that makes it more convenient.
