Very pleased so far
Very easy to set up, used it right out of the box. It’s not necessary to connect to the Internet and do some of the other superfluous instructions unless you want online connectivity.

Great once you configure all of your devices
Great UPC but we struggled to get all the devices to be added to it and it not over draw the power.

Not as advertised
I have used APC UPS's for years and I'm generally very happy with them. I'm disappointed in this one. The BVN does NOT have a usb management port even though it is clearly shown in the pictures accompanying the Staples listing. In addition it is not a user replaceable battery like the other series. SMELLS BAD
Bought a replacement 650VA after first one died (after 4 years). It has been plugged in for 3 months and it still smells very bad. My first one did not have the "battery smell." Hopefully can return but probably not. Looking at different brands.

Multiple battery ports, with 2 for large adapters
We have 5 UPS devices protecting our electronics. My desktop computer and meshed network devices are the most important to me. This unit will be replacing a similar APC with less capacity that has had its issues since first acquired. The old unit will last just minutes before its dead when the power is out. I've been using APC battery back-ups for years. They work really well and last for quite a long time before they need to be replaced. There is room for all my equipment (five surge/back-ups and two surges). I love that you can either put it on a wall or use it upright which takes less room. I highly recommend.

Good for Keeping Your Router up During Power Outa
Bought one for a few devices I wanted to ensure stayed on during a power sag or dropout. Some of these things don't like it when the power drops suddenly.
