Deceptive- mediocre sound
The tweeter (smaller speaker) does not exist! It’s a cosmetic addition - a little piece of painted wood. (!) So the left/right speakers are really one-way (midrange) speakers. Result: poor differentiation between midrange and high sounds. I returned it for a refund. Suggest: try speakers from “Creative“ instead.

Logitech - 'Benchmark Precision'
I recently purchased the Logitech Z333 40 W 2.1 Speaker System with 'ported' subwoofer. At 40 watts RMS, that power is surely sufficient to recognize the sound staging. Peak power is 80 Watts, more than enough. I actually prefer the 2.1 rather than the 5.1 whereby more musical ambiance is present i.e. > 'Rock & Roll'. Good for the money...
They are definitely better than the 2 desktop speakers I had before but still not earth shattering. I'd still buy them again though.

Great speakers for the price
I replaced a set of speakers that were staticky with these speakers. I was blown away by how much better these speakers were. I felt like I was in a movie theater with Dolby surround sound.
