I have bought Scotch Magic tape for many years and have always been happy with it. I used a lot of it this Christmas and was very happy with the results.

splits and peels! Two rolls in the same pack, same
I bought a multipack of this magic tape. UGH. The first roll was ok. The 2nd roll began splitting and peeling after I'd only used it a couple times. I find the end, try to use it, but it immediately tapers to a thin strand and then splits off. YES I am using a good dispenser, into which this is inserted properly. Very helpful young man in your Print & Copy Dept
I purchased the tape (great value, btw) after I needed to download and print off a document from my phone. The young man who waited on me for this was extremely patient and helpful, and gave me clear directions on how to do this. Great customer service. He was serving at the counter next to the Print Dept.

Quality inspection go down?
I bought a two pack of this and both split down the middle and sides of the roll. I would work at finding the end to restart only to have split again. I’ve never had this done to me before and on both rolls. Almost like a bad batch.

Bad tape
I bought this tape, as always, for wrapping. It didn’t stay very well. By the time we reached my sons (20 months) more than half the packages had tape fails. I was very disappointed as I always buy this. I even went to another one and it was the same way.

Much thinned and spits into pieces!!!!
I always purchase this tape and have been happy BUT
This year it splits apart!!! There is enough stress at the holidays without having to find endssss of tape. You cheapen it to save money at customers expense!!!!Shame on you!!!!
