Three of the pens were dry. One was dry with no color. Otherwise, the rest of the pack appears to do what it says.

These are the best felt tip pens I’ve used. I love this brand. I like the precision of the tip without having trouble with the felt being broken off or shoved into the pen, like I have with other brands.
