disappointed
purchased for my mac desk top...slower than the epsom it replaced...but that's ok...biggest frustration is that i have to at least 2-3 times a week reset my wifi on the printer. very frustrating...had a brother a few years ago and had issues as well..thought it was better...wrong!!!

Color Printing
Black print is fine, but printing in color streaks. I have cleaned the printer heads several times. I purchased Brother ink cartridges.

Brother color toner XXL 3 pack
This is an item that was online ordering only so I was excited to see it available in the store. I love my brother printer. The toner is cheaper than HP and last 3 times as long (black XXL 5000 pages, color XXL is between 1000-2,500 depending on color used on the pages.

Total incompetence
Not sure where to start- simple order of printer ink.
Never delivered : "order declined", which was a fabrication.
Called, re-ordered.
Next day call: no record of re-order.
Asked to have order cancelled. Received e-mail confirming cancellation.
Then was notified "my order has arrived"
If that can't handle something this simple, why ever shop there??

I always buy recommended manufacturer's ink
I like the XXL because of the capacity of copies it makes. Don
t have to replace the cartridges as often.
