Unsealed packages (very little glue)
Package was delivered (no damages outside) however, all the sealed packages were unglued poor manufacturing. It's usable but needs to be corrected!

No BANG for my buck
I got the deal when the cases were on sale! Usually, this is a no brainer for me; however, this time I bought 3 cases and they all were terrible! Creases, brown dots and slits that easily tear. I found myself printing pages multiple times to avoid the creases! Why sell a defective product??? I guess you get what you pay for!

Substandard FedEx delivery
Packages we ordered on April 3, 2026 we delivered by FedEx. The items were thrown outside the gate. The carton of paper was damaged. The box ripped apart and left there. When the rain came it got soaked. We have told FedEx repeatedly that items should be brought to the office office sitting back on the property. Very disappointed with the service
