The ink was fine but always have to order it, they don't stock enough of it the stores.

Major ripoff
Box states printing 550 sheets. I'm lucky if I get 50 sheets! And this is the LC203CL XL, so it's supposed to be extended life. When the printer tells me I need to change the cartridge, there is still quite a bit of ink in it. Either fix the problem or lower the price.

Love that Staples carries the XXL Toner
It's really great to have the XXL Toner for my Brother all in one machine as if I don't use this, I got through toner crazy fast. Will definitely buy again.

Bad cartridge
I had to clean the print head 5 times before it would print as it should. Wasted a lot of ink while doing that.

Bad ink, plugged the print head
First time we've had the name brand ink plug up the heads and didn't work. Going to generic ink it's cheaper.
