Great purchase - I love everything about it. It’s a fun design to brighten up my desk and I really like the size. Many other wrist rests are a lot wider and I wanted one that doesn’t take up too much space - this one is exactly what I was looking for. the construction of this product is poor and unlike other fellowes gel wrist rests as the seal gave way so the gel oozed out leaving a sticky sticky mess within a few weeks of normal use.

Leaking gel
Within 2 months of purchase, the outer material has split in several places and there is gel leaking out

Disappointed - Defective Items

Needs improvement
I purchased this item as well as the matching wrist rest/mouse pad. The are both beautiful and make me smile when I come into work, but this item slips and slides around under my wrists. Not holding up
I have only have the wrist guard and it is falling apart fast. I already have a spot with gel breakdown. Not a fan.

Cheap insurance to prevent carpal tunnel
This is my second Fellows gel wrist rest. The first one lasted a long time. Before my original purchase, I was starting to lose strength in my wrist. After I started using the wrist rest, the strength came back and I no longer had issues carrying milk cartons. The new colors are cool. I definitely recommend this product.

Works well so far
At first I thought that it may not be thick enough, as I have a similar item for use on another desk. After a few hours use, I discovered that this was much more comfortable than my thicker, memory foam rest, so I purchased a second one for the other desk. I have DeQuervains Tendonitis, so any help I can get is beneficial.
