Poor quality
I purchased 2 tn 660 toner cartridges in the last two weeks. BOTH of them had SOLID ROCK LIKE TONER. Both make a clunking noise and both sound like they have gravel in them when i shake them.

Good long lasting carts but drivers not available.
This is the fourth cart for my HL-l2380DW home office printer. The printer itself is very good and the cart is also fairly long lasting in my usage. BUT

Brand Name Brother cartridges vs remanufactured

Toner Replacement
The toner replacement worked out great. I was disappointed that I was not able to recycle the toner using the label that was included with the product. The USPS does not accept that label any longer. Thank you
