Toner cartridge doesn't seem full
Does not seem that it is full of the ink. Over the past year, the ink runs out much sooner with the same amount of usage.

Brand name definitely works best this time

I do a lot of printing, and the smaller cartridges just don't make much sense anymore.

Nothing better than the real thing
Original Brother unit. Worked perfectly. We had been getting a “Replace Drum” message for a while and the copier still worked, but the warm up time had become very slow. The new drum brought it back to like new speed.
