We're sorry to hear this, and we're happy to help. Our formula hasn't changed in the fashion you think it has and the formula remains the same except for the removal of fillers. Due to this, our dosing scoop has also changed and you should notice that using slightly less packs the same cleaning power and odor removal. All our laundry detergents are designed to provide good overall cleaning. Detergents help water to penetrate fabrics and then loosen dirt from them. They also suspend dirt in the water, so it doesn't go back onto the fabric. It is possible the soil from the garments has redeposited on the fabric. Overloading the washing machine prevents sufficient mechanical agitation, which results in a negative effect on stain removal performance. Correct dosage of detergent/additive: Incorrect addition or under dosage of the detergent/additive results in a negative effect on stain removal performance, as the product was not available at the correct point of the cycle or there was not sufficient product available in the wash. It could also be time for a monthly washing machine cleaning to clear residues left in the machine that also could affect performance.
