This tile is often used in office spaces, schools, and other commercial settings because of its moisture and fire resistance. The tile is easy to maintain, making it a practical and long-lasting choice for many applications.

- Noise reduction coefficient (NRC): 0.55; sound blocking (CAC): 33
- BioBlock treatment inhibits growth of mold and mildew on the tile surface
- Fire performance: Class A (UL)
- HumiGuard Plus offers sag and humidity resistance; recommended for areas subject to high humidity up to (but not including) standing water and outdoor applications
- Made of wet-formed mineral fiber in a factory-applied black latex paint finish
- Nondirectional visual reduces scrap and installation time
