The uninterrupted power supply filters disturbances such as noise, and it automatically restarts after shutdowns. You can manage it via SNMP with the included SNMP management card, and you'll receive everything you need to get started, including a smart UPS-signaling RS-232 cable, a temperature probe, and rack-mounting support rails.
