Fill-In Forms
Each form has plenty of space for employees to fill in. At the top, denote the customer's address, contact information and the date of the order. The left column has 20 rows for materials, while seven rows on the upper-right leave space for the nature of the service work. Lines for miscellaneous charges and hourly work keep running totals for service work. At the bottom of the form, your employees fill out total charges, the date they completed the work and a grand total. The customer can sign the form agreeing to the charges for legal purposes.
