When Easy Mobile Technician arrives at your home or office, they will:
- Configure passwords
- Create user profiles
- Adjust system settings
- Install PC diagnostics floppy/CD
- Run the PC configuration program
- Restart the PC to verify that all components have been configured
- PC must be immediately available to the Technician during the scheduled appointment
- Work area must be clean and easily accessible
- PC must be in good working condition
- Loading firmware or upgrade ware is an extra charge
- Staples, Service Net and Technician are not responsible for operating system failure
