Wrists feel less strain already
I have only had the rest for about a week, but I can feel less strain already. This one isn't too soft that it lets your wrists droop. I have one for the office and one for home as I am still working from home half of the time. This was a great investment.

3M Gel Wrist Rest for Keyboards 2.8 inch width
Best wrist pad I have ever used. Extremely comfortable. Note that this is the 2.8 inch wide model (thinner 3M models were not nearly as comfortable to me). Stays relatively clean, and very easy to clean.

Good wrist support

Disappointed-seam spit open-gooey filling oozed out all over desk-may be a manufacturing problem-will reorder one more time-if same problem-will not purchase again-recommend product defective.

Terrible
We purchased two of these for our employees in the last year and both of them have split open and were made poorly. I do not recommend to any one.
