Great find
This laptop has exceeded my expectations!! Purchased it while it was on sale, so I feel like I got a steal of a deal. Very solid feel to the material and the keyboard feels smooth while typing. HORRIBLE COMPUTER
i would give this laptop negative 5 stars if i could. the battery lasts 3 hours on STANDALONE,45 minutes when the screens on. not to mention the overheating

Pretty good

Replace Laptop
I had to replace an old laptop that I had. My computer guy recommended this HP and because I trust him, I made the purchase. It is sleek and faster than my old one. The only thing that is missing is there is no insert to down load my pictures.

Disappointment
After seeing the pic tag, I thought I was getting a good deal. Ended up getting charged $50 more. Wasn’t sure about the extended warranty, Salesman said someone would talk to me when I picked it up. No one bothered to talk to me.

Suits my needs
Set up was straight forward. I am happy with my purchase. One negative is always being interrupted by pop ups for trying MS 360. I have MS Office 2024 downloaded and that is all that I need.

Great laptop for home and biz needs
Great mid level laptop with enough power for most home and biz applications. Not enough for hard core gaming, but that’s not what I need it for. Office, accounting and web applications run fast and can have multiple applications open at once with no lag in speed.

Cheap Materials
Keyboard is awful. But I paid less than $500 so you get what you pay for. Would not buy again though. Would take it back but my initial experience with the Staples staff was not good. I am sure trying to return it would be a very frustrating and not worth it. I hope it lasts at least a year

Still Getting Used to it
I've owned numerous HP computers, so I'm hoping this one will last a while, because while they work the laptops are awesome. However, in my experience they last about 4 years before they either die or for example the screen turns pink. That's a hardware problem usually something like a broken wire, or something else internally.
