I use the notebook for my college classes. It takes a beating going back and forth to class and labs. The covered spiral is great; it keeps the coils from snagging my clothes. The vinyl covers are perfect for labs because they prevent water damage to the notebook. I love the pockets, especially for labs because I am always getting loose information sheets and I need a handy place to keep them.
